PPT Elite is a year-round football development academy built for serious high school athletes. We cap enrollment at 100 players per year, across all positions, and deliver a complete system that includes remote coaching, in-person training, national competition, college-level structure, and a pathway to earn a roster spot on our 60-man National Team.
Weekly training modules, virtual breakdowns, strength & conditioning delivered online so you can train from anywhere.
We bring all club athletes together for 7v7 events, spring/trench showcases, and a spring tackle schedule. (Fall Coming Soon)
We guide players on social media branding, recruiting strategies, connecting with college coaches, and timing of camps.
As a club, not tied to school season constraints—we adapt schedules, coaching, and matchups to maximize athlete growth.
Our program just doesn’t talk about exposure, we create it. We bridge the gap between exposure and scholarships by leveraging our coaching connections to position our players for maximum exposure opportunities to college coaches.
How We Create Exposure
PPT ELITE HEAD COACH, FOUNDER
Jordan Pugh is an NFL vet and Plano, TX native. He founded PPT Elite in 2015 after being drafted in the sixth round of the 2010 NFL Draft and a successful career with a post-season in New Orleans, and multiple seasons in Washington and Carolina.
A three-year starter, Jordan Pugh was a collegiate standout at Texas A&M University at both cornerback and safety. Coach Pugh played in 50 games for the Texas Aggies, starting 37 times and amassing 212 tackles and 4 interceptions, earning him an All-Big 12 Honorable Mention and All-Decade Team accolades.
Jordan is happily married to his wife, Nikki Pugh, and together they have been blessed with two beautiful daughters.

Seniors can enroll in the Unsigned Senior Pathway, attend our January–February training camp, and compete in our March–April spring games and showcases.
We accept middle school through high school levels. For younger development athletes, we have a club pipeline for “youth athletes” to train and compete in scaled formats.
We require consistent dedication, attendance to training (in person & virtual), participation in events, and completion of skill modules. But as a club, we offer flexibility in scheduling and readiness checks.
Yes. Many of our athletes stay at their school and train with us year-round. We help them develop, get exposure, and prepare for college — all while respecting their school commitments.
