The mission is to encourage our athletes to take Pride in every avenue of life, have a relentless routine in Preparation, & Equip each one with the techniques to be successful on and off the field. WHO WE ARE
PPT Prep is built for unsigned seniors who still want to play college football but need one more real window to be developed, evaluated, and recruited the right way.
WHAT WE DO
PPT Prep is a spring football development and recruiting bridge for unsigned seniors. We help athletes train, compete, and stay visible during the most important gap between the end of high school football and the next college opportunity by competing in 2-4 national tackle games in the spring.
WHY NOW
Why now? Because once senior year ends, unsigned athletes cannot afford to sit still. The spring is the next opportunity to keep football moving, stay in shape, compete, build momentum, and create new recruiting opportunities before the window closes further.

JOrdan pugh
PPT ELITE HEAD COACH, FOUNDER
Jordan Pugh is an NFL vet and Plano, TX native. He founded PPT Elite in 2015 after being drafted in the sixth round of the 2010 NFL Draft and a successful career with a post-season in New Orleans, and multiple seasons in Washington and Carolina.
A three-year starter, Jordan Pugh was a collegiate standout at Texas A& M University at both cornerback and safety. Coach Pugh played in 50 games for the Texas Aggies, starting 37 times and amassing 212 tackles and 4 interceptions, earning him an All-Big 12 Honorable Mention and All-Decade Team accolades.
Jordan is happily married to his wife, Nikki Pugh, and together they have been blessed with two beautiful daughters.
TYLER MCKINNIE
PPT ELITE OFFENSIVE COORDINATOR
Tyler is a dedicated football coach and former collegiate athlete with a strong background in offensive line play and run game coordination. I was a three-year starter at Independence High School in Frisco, Texas, where I earned All-District honors twice as an offensive lineman and received over ten collegiate offers from Division II, NAIA, and JUCO programs.
He continued my playing career at Oklahoma Baptist University before transitioning into coaching. I began as the Offensive Line Coach at HSAA, later serving as both Offensive Line Coach and Run Game Coordinator for two seasons. In addition to his high school coaching experience, he served as the Assistant Offensive Line Coach for the Arlington Renegades during the spring season and was selected as the Defensive Line Coach for the Dream Bowl.
He currently serve as the Offensive Line Coach and Run Game Coordinator at Trinity Leadership in Cedar Hill, where he continues to develop student-athletes and advance effective offensive strategies.
DREW HART
PPT ELITE OFFENSIVE LINE COACH
Drew Hart is a former Offensive Lineman at Eastern Kentucky University 2018-2023. 4 year starter earning All Conference Honors 3/4 years. Following his playing days, he was an Offensive Line Graduate Assistant for 1 year with the Colonels. Drew brings his experience to PPT Elite to help elevate the offensive line not just physically but mentally. Technique focused and results driven, Drew takes pride in the offensive line mentality and looks forward to helping like minded athletes reach their full potential!
