PPT ELITE PLAYER DEVELOPMENT PROCESS

The PPT Elite Player Development Process works within an academy model ensuring your athlete develops the necessary skills at each critical point in their football career giving them a distinct advantage over their peers. PPT Elite players are different because the development process is different from everything else out there. We focus on a combination of skill, technique, knowledge, and mindset. These four foundational tenants are taught by a coach who has excelled on every level and knows exactly what it takes to be successful. 

Jordan Pugh’s PPT Elite Process teaches your athlete the fundamental skills they will need to be a standout in their class. We start young because while many athletes will develop no matter what, we want our guys to develop the skills they need to play safely and effectively. 

PPT Elite Youth Flag Football

Our Youth Flag Football teams (7-10YO) play 3 different seasons throughout the year (Spring, Summer, Fall). Each season consists of 3-4 tournaments and practices where we cover fundamentals and increase football knowledge.

PPT Elite Youth TACKLE Football

Our Youth Flag guys then graduate into our Youth Tackle Program (11-13Y). We do not take players younger than 11 in our tackle programs because we value your child’s health just like you do. We want our kids to understand how to play and how to hit safely, because we want them to have careers that last long beyond their youth football years. These years are incredibly important for skill and technique development. Teaching young athletes how to use their body safely, prevents injuries as they grow and develop. 

In PPT Elite Youth Tackle your athlete will be playing alongside some of the very best athletes in the DFW. Our coaches pour into athletes at this age because this is when young players begin to step away from the pack and leave their classmates behind. It is imperative we nurture athletic abilities and develop skills at this age group for success further down the road. Players form our PPT Elite Youth Tackle programs graduate into our PPT Elite 7v7 Teams and Trench Academy.

PPT Elite Trench academy

PPT Elite 7v7 and PPT Elite Trench Academy are for our 14+ guys. Often lineman are left out at this age and and at PPT Elite we believe that is a HUGE mistake. Our big guys are some of the most highly skilled and impactful players on the field and we treat them as such. 

PPT Elite Trench Academy emphasizes hand and footwork creating smart, agile, and quick guys on the line. We pride ourselves in developing knowledge in our players in these crucial positions. We know how important the line is and we develop our guys to take impactful, starting roles on their school teams and beyond. We also make sure our big guys get the press and recruiting exposure they need with our PPT Elite Lineman Showcases and PPT Elite Recruiting Profiles.

PPT Elite 7v7

PPT Elite 7v7 is for our guys off the line. We work specific skills and fundamentals designed especially so that these players do the little things right, enabling them to make the big time plays. Many of our skill guys go on to successful collegiate and professional careers. Our skill guys get their own PPT Elite Recruiting Profiles and are featured in our popular Building The Elite Web-series.

PPT Elite national teams

PPT Elite 7v7 and Trench Academy guys are also eligible for our PPT Elite National Teams. PPT Elite National Teams are currently available to unsigned seniors and classes of 2025, 2026, and 2026. We make no secret that the first guys we look at during try-outs are the guys we work with year round coming out of our PPT Academy Process. Our PPT Elite Player Development Process follows our PPT Elite Academy model ensuring that our guys get the skills, techniques, and knowledge they need to excel on the highest levels. Our PPT Elite Mindset is what keeps these young players rising to the challenge year in and year out. 

PPT Elite National Team players get the highest level of recruiting exposure playing in nationally televised games and traveling around the country. Our national team guys are the very best of our 7v7 and Trench Academy Players and also get exclusive college campus tours and showcases. PPT Elite Individual Training Options

PPT Elite also offers 2 individual training options: a youth individual training program designed to elevate your athlete and then feed into our PPT Academy Player Development Process; AND a  collegiate/professional off-season option our DFW Metroplex area college and professional players.
